MEET SHELLY

Hello and welcome, I’m Shelly. It’s nice to e-meet you!

Your first question might be, “What exactly does a Wellness Coach do?” I’m happy to answer that! Essentially, a Wellness Coach helps to facilitate healthy changes, by guiding you from where you currently are to where you want to be in the future.

Since 2018, I’ve coached hundreds of women to declare their goals, reclaim their health and fitness, lose weight, find more restful sleep, discover bountiful energy, feel good in their own skin, and create a life that they genuinely love. With gold-standard certifications as a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, Registered Yoga Teacher, and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I’m confident that I can help you to do the same.

YOGA, BREATH WORK & MEDITATION

A yoga practitioner for 25 years, I became a Yoga Alliance registered instructor with a 200-HR certification from Baltimore Yoga Village (BYV) in 2019. I teach weekly mixed-level classes, along with private yoga sessions, both live streamed and in person. Enjoy a virtual practice with me, each infused with careful alignment cues, strength building, breath work, mindful introspection, and layered with a playful attitude.
